Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is not currently available at checkout.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship jewelry is dispatched within 2 business days after your order is placed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is the time before dispatch; it does not include delivery by the carrier.

Shipping cost

USPS shipping rates are calculated at checkout for your order and delivery address. You can review the available shipping options and final shipping charge before paying.

Delivery time & tracking

Delivery time depends on the USPS service selected and your destination. Any carrier delivery estimate is separate from our processing time and is not a guaranteed arrival date. Tracking details are provided with your shipment confirmation. Tracking may not show movement until the carrier scans the package.

Availability & order changes

Availability depends on the exact stone or variant selected. If we discover that an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different stone or product without your agreement. If you do not wish to wait for a confirmed restock, you may choose a full refund for the unavailable item.

If you need to correct your delivery address, email theglamharbor@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We can only change the address before dispatch.
